“I was realli impressed by the service of Parkair 24/7.
Previous experiences with other Meet & Greet companies were not so good a few years ago, but Parkair 24/7 has renew my faith.
Initially we were running a little late booking in due to traffic delays, and Parkair 24/7 customer service gave us a call after 15 min overdue just to check we were ok and didnt need any assistance.
On arival our driver was there and took delivery of the car and took photos of all aspects of the car. He then emailed all the photos to me so we both had a recoed, within a few minutes of taking delivery. This is great service as this is something I always do at all parking locations or meet & greet companys.
On our return due to flight delays we missed a connecting flight and were delayed 6 hrs. I email the Parkair 24/7 customer service and explained the situation and they amended the details to show the new timings. As it was delayed to later in the day we didn't need to pay additional charges.

“Managed, in the dark, to end up on level 3 T5, instead of 4. Rang 24/7 and someone came down in the lift. On return, car was ready, but slight issue finding man with key. Quickly resolved and we were on our way home.”
