“Service was OK, on arrival we waited for around 10 minutes for the Parkair man to arrive, the issue is that they do not have a desk in with the other providers at level 4, probably the reason that they undercut on prices.
On return we phoned and the guy said 30 minutes but this ended up at an hour due to traffic in and out of the airport so probably not their fault. We called after 30 minutes and were tolsd another 20 minutes which ended up at 30 minutes, I asked them to get the driver to call me and he did and was appologetic, it was out of his control.
In summary I would prefer not to fly from Heathrow and would probably choose a provider with a desk at the airport”
