“Arriving at LHR to drop car was easy and quick, however in returning we had to wait 30 mins after making contact once we had obtained our baggage. This time delay spoilt a very good and efficient service and makes me wonder whether I would use them again”
“Service excellent. Driver was waiting for us when we arrived so a swift handover was completed. On return traffic was horrendous but the driver returning our car kept us informed, advising he would be late as he was caught in traffic. And I know this was true as I was hearing horror stories from people dropping off their car if an hour for the last mile! Polite and courteous drivers. Excellent”
