“Excellent service. Booked via APH website. Great communication on day of arrival and proactive polite staff. Greeted with a smile at Heathrow Shortstay. Staff take photos of outside and inside of car and these are emailed to you. On our return, car ready for collection at time promised - no waiting around. Staff attentive and allowed time for me to check that I was happy with the condition of my car. Will be using again.”

“Driver contacted me early and was there when I dropped the car although we missed eachother in the car park for a few minutes.
On arrival there was confusion about if the driver had left yet despite advisng we were in baggage hall meaning I had to wait in the cold for 10 minutes.”
