“We were very impressed with the service. We arrived at the airport and someone from the team was waiting for us, therefore no delays or waiting around. We contacted the team when we collected our luggage, we were told that we could meet the driver in 20 minutes at the short stay car park, he arrived promptly with our car, therefore, again no delays or wating around. We will definitely use the service again in the future.”
“Dropping the car off at T4 was a breeze - with the collection driver on time to collect the keys and take our car away. But the return went a little less smoothly because of bad traffic around Heathrow. So we had nearly an hour's wait in total, which after 13 hours of flying was not ideal. Our flight details were known, so if traffic conditons had been monitored a little better then perhaps a better meet time at T4 could have been achieved.”
