“There was no trouble handing the car over prior to our flight.
On our return our one mobile phone ran out of power so we were unable to confirm our arrival in the baggage hall. We duly collected our baggage and made our way to the collection area on level 4, in hope our car might be waiting for us. It was not there. One of the other parking firms helped out and contacted Parkair Meet and Greet for us. They told us they would be with us in 15 minutes. 15 minutes later they turned up with our car. The two gentlemen with our car were most helpful, giving us advice on how to get out of the terminal, to the extent we were able to follow them to the exit. With my complete loss of the route/lanes to take at this terminal I found their help by letting me follow them was really useful. Once again many thanks to Parkair 24/7 Meet and Greet for a great service.”
