“We arrived for our flight at Heathrow T2 to be met by very polite Parkair staff, the location in the short stay car park was perfect for check in. On our return, once we'd picked up our luggage, we phoned Parkair & our car was ready & waiting to be picked up, once again very friendly polite parkair staff were there to welcome us back. All in all, more than we expected, the Parkair service was first class, for future flights we will certainly be repeat customers.”

“Wow, what a fabulous service, so refreshing to find such a good service provider. Their communications via email and in person both prior to departure and on return to the UK were exceptional, they were contacting us, not waiting on us contacting them. The video showing exactly where to go was brilliant. They also provided additional touches on arrival and on return (bottled water and sweets) which were a lovely gesture. The attendants we met were extremely pleasant and helpful. The car on return was parked immediately outside the elevator section.
