“Excellent service from start to finish. The 2 guys that met us at Heathrow were so friendly & the gifts of bottles of water & sweets was a lovely touch. When we collected the car the communication was excellent & again we were given cold bottles of water & sweets and the real bonus was Parkair had even washed our car. I would definitely use again when we go to Heathrow later this year & I would highly recommend their service to others.”

“Parkair were simply brilliant and I would not hesitate using them again. We were contacted 30 minutes before our scheduled arrival time to confirm that we had not been delayed. The driver offered us water, hand gel and even sweets! On our return, we found that one of our group had booked himself on a different flight, some 45 minutes behind ours, which was subsequently delayed. Parkair were in regular contact with us and delivered the car to the short-stay car park the moment the delayed passenger had collected his bags. If I could award Parkair ten stars then it would still not be enough.”

The ease of use is beyond compare and will be using again. A very flexiable service as we arrived over an hour earlier than expected and the car was on route for us.
