“Excellent service. Meet and Greet Deck 4 at Heathrow. The representative communicated consistently by What's App and was there to meet us after the motorway got closed making us over 3 hours late. They tracked the return flight and we what's app'd when we had our bags. They were there waiting and even gave us some bottles of water and sweets for the ongoing journey to Wales. Very good value for money and about half of the LHR onsite one.”
“Efficient, friendly and great comms. Photos sent of car before they take it away. And the drop off/pick up location is the same spot in the Short Stay Car Park (T2/Heathrow), which makes it less confusing Just wish they hadn't changed my radio settings.”
“They are responsive but allow for some delays as they are not there waiting for you on collection of the car and will also expect you to wait a little for the car on arrival to avoid charges. Customer service is ok, they offered a bottle of water on collection but a few nagging comments and need a little more customer service training.”
