“From start to finish our dealings with APH have been exceptional. Firstly clear instructions, emails etc. Arriving at the airport on very little sleep and with my husband driving instead of me for once, I managed to direct him up the wrong lane. The driver meeting us was unbelievably calm and patient and stayed on the line talking us through the drive to ecape the wrong car park we'd entered. Not a hint of exasperation or impatience. Hand over was easy and not rushed.
We arrived back later than expected and called the driver once we had collected our bags. There was a massive queue at the lifts for the car park and whilst we were queuing the driver called to check where we were - the car was already waiting for us. Not only was it there but it had been cleaned - we hadn't requested or paid any extra for this service, also there were a couple of bottles of water and bags of haribo sweets left for us. Again the same driver met us. Such a lovely, charming man who didn't complain when I managed to press the car key in my jacket pocket and close the boot whilst he was putting the cases in the boot!!! Absolutely superlative service, I have used them previously and will definitely be using them next time we fly and park. Thank you APH, I rarely give 5* as I think very few experiences are perfect, this one was!”

On my return they text me at airport to say once we collected our luggage to call them and the car was waiting for us washed and also a few bottles of water for our return journey home, a nice touch, first class service and would definitely use them again, thankyou parkair for a great service.”
