“APH / Parkair was recommended by a friend. We’ve never used them & never used a meet & greet service. Found them to be very efficient, on time and courteous when we left & on the way back from our long haul flight they parked out car right in front of the lift we exited. They even thought to provide bottles of water to drink & a little sweet lolly to suck & refresh the mouth. They unloaded & loaded our heavy cases & bags & I cannot fault them. I give 5* on first use - thanks”
“Had an excellent experience with Parkair May 2024. A very friendly welcome us as we arrived at Heathrow, also helped with our luggage as we were travelling with 2 young children. On the way back we were tired from the journey, but again were greated by super friendly staff who gave us refreshments for the journey home. Car was cleaned too - they went above and beyond, would definitely recommend! Very fair / competitive price too”
“What an excellent 5 star company. Can’t fault their service, from the moment we booked, great communication explaining about the drop off and pick up right at the terminals, and right on time with both!
Dropped off at terminal 2 and picked up at terminal 5 all without a hitch even gave directions to get back to M4! Friendly and very helpful.
Car was washed as well with bottles of water and lollipops left inside for us.
Will definitely use this Company again and highly recommend them don’t think about it book them.”
“Driver was there when we arrived for departure and even though we had an hours delay their flight monitoring system had tracked the flight and when I called they said they would despatch a driver and sent a text saying the car woul be there in 8 to 10 minutes. He was waiting for us and the car had been washed without us requesting. First class service wouldn't use any one else.”
