“Made contact with me on route to drop off to check I was still on target time and someone was there waiting for a very prompt handover. On my return they had kept track of my flight and once again contacted me between passport control and baggage reclaim to make sure my vehicle was there ready as I soon as I stepped out into the cold. Very polite staff both on the phone and on drop off/collection.
Having used various meet and greet companys at Heathrow, some being just ok and also having an experience where a company never showed up I had to book another company whilst standing in the car park. I will be sure to use for all my future journetys to Heathrow.”
