“Rather chaotic drop-off and pick up with longer waits than advertised. Despite ringing before arriving, no-one was waiting on arrival. No stand for this company was evident at T2, so it took a while standing in the wrong queue before we worked out who we should be speaking with. Eventually spotted someone with a ParkAir logo who sorted us out. Similar story on collection- we rang after picking up our bags as per instructions but still had to wait close to 40 minutes before our car appeared. All in all, it would have been quicker and cheaper to use an off-site company and a bus.”
“Completely as described. They were very accommodating (we were late arriving etc). Communication was very clear, messages received a day in advance to remind of drop off points. Video of how to get to drop off. Travel recommendations for destination.
I would 100% use them again, plus I have recommended to family and friends.”
“Was very easy to find person who take care my car also help me with my luggages and received email with all picture of the car then when I arrive I did call agent and my car was with me with 20 minutes and he told me on phone all was very setup. Guy was the best customer service I ever can have. I will always take this service again. Car was take care all the time.”

One word of warning if you are dropping car off at LHR Terminal 3 there can be a queue to get into short stay car park, give yourselves time”
