“Great service brilliant communication from start to finish told us exactly what we needed to do to drop car at Heathrow and what to do on return. We were met by 2 friendly staff who had put water and little treats in car for our journey home, will definitely use 24/7 meet and greet again.”

The drivers at both ends of our holiday were so friendly and helpful and honestly could not do enough for us, directing us on where to go in the airport, helping load our bags back in the car, making sure we had everything we needed and providing water and lollipops for the kids on our return! “We informed company of ETA to arrange drop off. Despite telling them 30 minutes before arrival and then 10 minutes before arrival, we still had to wait over 20 minutes for the car to be picked up. On our return, they were well aware our flight was on time. We informed them when we had our luggage. We waited in the pick up area LHR Terminal 5 car park 27 minutes for the car to be dropped back to us. This is a service which is supposed to save you time. It would have taken us about 27 minutes to go to offsight car park. We paid extra so that we wouldn't have to wait for our car after a 14 hours of travelling. Will not use this company again. This has never happened with any of the other companies we have used in the past. We chose this company because they claim they work 24 hours of the day ie if there is an unexpected delay into the night you can still get your car. The other companies stop at midnight. But to be honest not worth the bother if you still have to wait almost an hour (including drop off and pick up).”
