“Thought the video of accessing the parking was a good idea.
Staff were ready for us on arrival and helped with unloading luggage.
Slight delay waiting for car when leaving.”
“The service was great although instructions were a bit weird and confusing re drop off point because as you entered the car park all the signs for meet and greet took you to level one other than that would recommend and we will use again”

The negatives:
- Departure flight: Despite calling 30 minutes before arriving (as instructed), we were waiting almost 30 minutes for our driver to arrive
- Arrival flight: Same with the above, we called as soon as we collected our bags, but then waited over 30 minutes for our car. The instructions claim that someone is monitoring flight arrivals, but this didn't seem to happen with me
- Previous reviews I read said that cars had been cleaned. While this wasn't promised, the previous reviews had set an expectation
I flew to Italy from Gatwick in April and the meet and greet company I used were in attendance immediately for both my Departure and Return flights. That's what I was expecting with Parkair 24/7.”
