The correspondence before during and after was clear and helpful directions and instructions were excellent
Using WhatsApp to communicate is really easy
The pick up driver was excellent and took photos of the outside and inside of the car and these were sent immediately
The return driver also excellent even loading our luggage and not letting us go until we’d checked over the car
We flew out of one terminal and back to another but it was all seem less
Can not recommend highly enough

“I must admit that your meet and greet service was outstanding! Having utilised various meet and greet services over the years, I can confidently say this is the best I've experienced. The valet was not only extremely polite but also incredibly helpful, assisting me with my luggage without hesitation.
What truly impressed me was his thoughtfulness; he went the extra mile by purchasing two bottles of mineral water for us and keeping them in the car. This kind of humane gesture is rare and greatly appreciated. I will definitely be sharing this wonderful experience with my friends and family. Highly recommend!”

“If you want a relaxing start to the holiday, without relying on taxis or public transport this is the way to go.
Typically when I travel with the family there are 5 of us with suitcases. This makes public transport a nightmare and taxis expensive.
This way, I have the comfort of my own car; I can park up right next to the terminal and go straight through. On the way back I just called them when I got my bags and the car was there shortly after I got to the car park.
Throughout the process, Parkair were in contact (texting me when the plane landed to remind me to call once I got my bags was a nice touch.
