“Parkair 24/7 were great and here’s why… On arrival they were already there waiting. When it came to collecting the vehicle we had a bit of a wait and not because of Parkair but the police had shut of the tunnel into Heathrow so nobody could get in, however this is where they stood out compared to the other companies that were available, I was given constant updates to the situation and photo evidence, everybody else who was stood there waiting used a different company to go through and was not told anything, one couple was even stood there for over 3 hours before being told anything and that was because they had heard it from us, other people were lied to about the situation and had been told there vehicle was on the way but when they tracked there vehicle it hadn’t even left the car park it was situated in. Oh and also when the car had come back it had also been cleaned and a couple of bottles had been added for our journey home. Yes they might have been slightly more expensive than other companies but for a the sake of a few more pounds the benefits massively outweighed the other companies available especially in the situation we were in when collecting the car after our holiday.”
