“The service was really good, what was very poor was the damage caused to my vehicle upon return.
They took all the photos of every angle on collection and be aware these are the exact ones you get when its delivered back. So the pics taken at the start showed no damage to the front nearside wing, yet on return there was damage.
They tried to explain this away by saying when they washed the dirt off the damage was there. The car had had a fully valet whilst at the main dealers the afternoon before (14 hrs) No rain no dirt, the picture they took shows that.
I have been left with a £300 bill to have the damage rectified, whilst the outfit sticks by it was hidden by the dirt that was washed off.
Like I said, I couldn't fault the actual service in and out of Heathrow, but be aware that my vehicle was damaged and they deny all responsibility.”
“Great meet & greet, we were contacted prior to arrival and met with a friendly driver to collect our car, photos were sent of all parts of our car for our records. Return was as smooth, our vehicle was ready and waiting for us with no issues and again photos were sent of our vehicle. Will definitely use again for our next flights in December.”
