“Excellent service. We had phone call to ask approx time we where going to arrive. Met by company representative who was polite and professional. On return we phoned and was told they will be approx 15 minutes and arrived on time the driver was also very polite helped put cases in the car and told us there two bottles of water in the car for our trip home. Would highly recommend this company.”
“At both arrival and departure at Heathrow we were met by Friendly, Polite and Professional staff. On return the car was ready and waiting and was immaculate plus there were two bottles of water inside - a nice touchon a hot day. We could not have asked for better service. Our biggest regret was that we did not have any English money to tip them but we will remember for next year! I throroughly recommend this service to anyone leaving their car at Heathrow.”
“The employees who collected and delivered our car were prompt, very polite and helpful. Collecting a trolley for us and helping get our cases out of and into the boot. There were also bottles of water and some lollies in the car that were very welcome. I'm not sure where the car is parked, but there seems to be a stickly residue on the bodywork. However, I'm sure this will come off with a good clean. All in all a very good service and value for money.”
