“We used Parkair Meet & Greet for a T5 departure & T3 return. Can't fault the service we had & the communication was very good. Guys were there when we dropped & arrived only a couple of minutes after we got to the car park for the pick up. Very happy & would use again.”

“Got lost getting to hotel as the email with directions appeared to give the wrong information...hotel choice good...
On arrival at the short stay car park even though we viewed the video once inside the car park it was quite stressful...car park gas a one way system and scared in case you went wrong...asked several staff in car park who were not that helpful with directions to the drop off/meet point....one of the staff did help in the end and brought a colleague to meet us at car...not very good directions within the car park.. coming home the car was not there to meet us as we phoned when landed as agreed to be told there was a 20 to 30 minute delay due to traffic on M4. Had to wait in car park...
The idea of parking was a good one but not sure I would do or use again..
