“Instructions for car arrival - call 30 minutes before arrival. We did this and game ETA. We arrived 1 minute before ETA. Waited 5 minutes and called to find out how long to wait. Was told 5 minutes. We in fact waited 25 minutes to hand car over.
Instructions for car return - call when landed and call again when luggage collected. We waited at the car collection point in the LHR Terminal 5 for 35 minutes for the car to arrive.
This is not what I would call a proper "Meet & Greet" service. It took just as long as if we had parked ourselves at an offsite car park.
Definitely would not recommend.”
“The service we received was excellent. Communication via WhatsApp with full instructions. Photos of the car so we knew it was safe! The bottle of water and lolly was a nice touch on arrival! The drivers were prompt and really friendly. Wouldn't hesitate to use this service again!”
“Very impressed with Parkair 24/7. Great communication including the day before I was due to drop my car at Heathrow, with the driver checking that my estimated time of arrival hadn't changed and providing clear instructions on what to do on my arrival. He was waiting for us as we arrived at Heathrow. Smooth handover of my car and received photos of every part of my car showing the little marks etc already on the vehicle. Collection was just as smooth, car was waiting for us including a couple of bottles of water and 2 chupachup lollies for the kids which was a nice touch. Car was delivered back to me in the same condition I had left it. The driver got us a ticket to exit the car park and we were on our way. Very professional and seamless service, would definitely recommend and will use again.”
“The email instructions for Heathrow T3 drop-off say the driver will be waiting on arrival at the specified arrival time, instead I was called repeatedly by parkair whilst driving which is very off-putting when trying to navigate off the m25 into the terminal in traffic. Not good. I then had to phone park air from the car park and wait for the driver to arrive.
On returning after my drip my car arrived back extremely dirty although I'd dropped it off clean. The driver did apologise and said they couldn't clean it because it was raining! He also had problems printing the car park exit ticket - but to be fair he did eventually get this resolved for me. Overall, not great on drop-off or return, so I won't be using this service again.”
