“It all went very well. Arrival was met by a chap who helped unpack the car and sent us on our way.
We returned on Thursday, phoned to advise our arrival at the airport, the car arrived quickly, the chap helped us load the car and off we went rejoicing! As always the core function of secure car parking and service is as good as it has been for the decades we have used your service.
However, a coulple of days before the return we got a text offering for the car to be washed and other services. We took up the £30 option, Executive. I'm sorry to report that the washing, cleaning and tyre dressing was extremely slapdash. the external wash had streakmarks on the doors, having not been 'hand dried' efficiently. The tyre dressing was also slapdash, the black treatment not covering the sides of the tyres evenly. Some of the windows, inside and out, were streaky from careless cleaning. The door mirrors were not cleaned properly. The reveals of the doors appeared to have been wiped with a wet cloth but not dried, leaving water marks rather than a bright shiny finish. The bottoms of the doors had received scant washing, more smeary than clean.
You will see from this that we do not consider the service good or value for money. The chap who returned the car noted our observations but pointed out that he drives them and was not involved in the valeting service, a perfectly valid point.

“We used APH when we few from Heathrow T5. Booking on line was easy, and we had to change some details for the car, and managed to do that on line with no problems. Drop off and pick-up were both went smoothly. The car was waiting for us when we came back, which is a lot better than other airports we've used. well done.”
“On arrival back at Heathrow called supplied number but went to voicemai. Message was not actioned and had to wait further 30 minutes for car to eventually arrive which was disappointing.”
“We were disappointed that on both the start and end of our holiday there was no one at your desk to meet and greet us at the airport. We noticed that this was not the case with purple and maple parking. We also waited much longer than your tel. desk stated, to receive our car from your drivers. We would not use you again.”
