“APH policy is outrageous. My flight was rescheduled due to adverse weather so I wanted to change dates or cancel my booking 24 hours before arrival time. APH said I won't get refund as their policy required to notify before midnight which does not make any sense. I ended up losing my booking fees.”
“Whilst this was an expensive service - APH (or rather MBW Parking) Heathrow was twice the price of APH Gatwick for no obvious reason - it was a very smooth experience, even when we had to change the terminal we were returning to at very short notice.
In summary: Good but expensive.”
“We found the meet and greet the best option when travelling on a long haul flight. We just dropped off our car and took a few stps to departures. There was a short wait when we returned but at least no long trek or wait for a bus. The only downside was the APH desk was quite difficult to spot, and a dirty plastic cup was left in our car. We wouldn't expect the drivers to eat or drink in our car.”
