This last visit to Terminal 3 was also very professional and team were there to support and assist.
Vehicle drop off, very easy. Pick up was within the mentioned 15-20 minutes after my phone call. Again, no issues and great service.

“Easy (once we found the drop off location!) friendly team at drop off and pick up. But we did drive round the car park twice before we realised it was the meet and great section that is not very well signposted at T5 Heathrow (bit thats not their fault)”
