My husband was rushed into hospital critically ill and is still there, so we were forced to cancel our holiday at the very last minute. Apparently had I have cancelled a couple of hours earlier you would have refunded what we had paid. Given the seriousness of the cancellation, by all accounts you don’t do gesture of goodwill ….”
“Drop off and pick up ok BUT I was disgusted that I had to pay an extra £25 because of a delay outside our control and thus arrived after 12 midnight !! The guy said we could reclaim but British Airways claim system does not allow claims if not their fault [act of god] - so thanks APH”
“Very easy to navigate. Meet and greet agents were polite, professional and efficient. Explained the whole process thoroughly. On return, was easy to collect my car. Called when through luggage claim and car was ready within 10 minutes. Can not fault the service received.”
