“This is the second time in recent months that we have used APH and can not fault the service. Our electric car was fully charged as requested for our return journey (at an additional cost) and we collected the car and started our journey in excellent time.”
“The Actual Service was pretty good and simple to use with the pre delivery and pick up calls working.
On return there was a nightmare with broken and busy lifts and it was bedlam getting back to the car park. I was then charged an extra £10 on exit as the car park exit ticket I was given didn’t have enough time on it.”
“Seemed a little complicated at 1st but was very easy, On entering level 4 it it would be nice if there was a clear sign to the meet and greet. We had to drive about a bit before we found it.”
“Efficient service - felt much easier than anything else and good value for money.
Only issue would be not been shown over the car prior to return - there were no issues but I felt pushed into signing the paperwork before I had seen it.”
