“We had to wait a while when we arrived back as there only seemed to be 1 member of staff at the desk doing everything, hence the 4 atars but otherwise no complaints. Once he arrived we were sorted and on our way home.”
“We were greeted on arrival at the check in desk and given details on the procedure for the return flight. We calledonce we left baggage reclaim and only had to wait 5mins at the airport for our car to arrive. A good experience which we would be happy to use in the future. For those who have an MOD Discount Card then they do provide discount via the MOD Website.”
“Was easy to use the service however, when I got back in my car on my return, my seat had been moved in all ways and I can't get it back to the right height, music had been on and loud, a window had been left open (so not sure if it had been open the whole time or not). Appreciate if they have to drive your car to the location they keep it they may adjust a few things but this felt excessive.”
