“APH give good communication of how to get to the different Terminals, tried phoning before arrival as told but could not get through, arrived at Term 5 no one on MBW desk ( APH should tell you it's MBW desk as no APH ) the person doing the was very busy doing a lot of jobs did not to wait to long and it very quick to sort out though he did not give me a receipt as I found out later. We had to change flights and Terminal coming back email MBW got a quick response from Sam who said all changed. Arrived Term 2 car waiting so all very efficient. Overall very pleased with service and would use again”
“Was charged an additional fee upon arrival because I was 3 minutes late outside of my allotted 45 minute slot.
We were within the actual car park on time but ended up queuing to get to level 4 at Heathrow for over 15 minutes which put us outside our allotted time slot. I’ve used APH for many years and have never faced any additional charges. I’ve also have yet to receive any response from APH explaining the reason for the additional charge.”
“I am long time your customer this time I booked meet and greets but as I was driving with satnav of my car I couldn’t phone my arrival when I reached to the counter I provided the ticket he said I have to pay for the ticket and he said to pay in that machine in front of desk then I paid £7 that was not fair I like to get the money back”
