We did everything as instructed I.e call half an hour beforehand, but still had to wait in the parking area for another 20 mins for someone to arrive to collect the car. They then asked that we validate the ticket, as we stayed longer than the allotted time. When I explained that it was their fault for being late, they agreed to pay it, but I don’t think they would have had I not queried it. I didn’t feel reassured by them if I’m honest. Upon collection, they kept chasing me, even though I hadn’t called them yet to say we were through baggage. The car was fine, but I wouldn’t use them again. Didn’t seem very professional and not reassuring.

Very poor service used APH numerous times but on this occasion not good lack of space to park car, parking for arriving and departing passengers on same floor total chaos people getting very annoyed with each other Looked like APH subbed out parking to third party company two employees who were totally overwhelmed

Wonderful service. Car returned to the airport in a timely manner. Was offered cleaning and valet service but did not take up that offer. Would use them again.

Very dissapointed, I mistakenly believed that my booking was through APH and not contracted out to another company. The problem started as I approached the terminal, not being familiar with the road layout or location I used my sat nav. The signal was interupted by the high buidings and going underground. my first error was mistaking the lane for drop off and having to drive through and go round again, this incurred a fine of £40 for not paying to drop off. then trying to read written instructions and drive in heavy traffic I made another mistake, missing the appropriate lane and driving through the short stay carpark, on exit I had to pay £7.50. Round again to get into the correct lane. Once at the designated place pay again £7.50. handed over the keys and left for our holiday in Japan. " day before our return I had a text offering a valet service, and though yes why not I opted for the £50 mini valet. On arrival back at the baggage reclaim I tried as per instructions to contact the desk to tell them we had arrived, no answer just voice mail message. proceded to collection. The car initialy looked good. I paid for the valet, exited the carpark to the barrier and had to pay £11. to proceed. We stopped at motorway services for a coffee and I noticed that the inside of the rear windscreen had not been cleaned at all, the brake dust on the wheels had been missed as well.. I accept the fine for driving through the drop off area was mine. but no mention was made of the additional charges. What was the £11 for ?? and why were there no APH signs. this would have helpped greatly. very disappointed and will not be using this again. I will use Gatwick APH but not Heathrow. regards Mr Ian Moir booking reference L3LS5.

Excellent and very simple service we were in the terminal minutes after arriving at the airport and on the way back our car was waiting for us ready for the journey home. Very impressed.
