“We got charged an additional £7.50 on arrival as we were 45 minutes late due to teh traffic backlog in the tunnel on the airport, we have never been charged more for parking less time anywhere!!!
on return we ran to say we were out of bagge recliam(as instructed), arrived to collect our car and then had to wait another 35 minutes for our car to be brought to us.
we used APH as it was slightly cheaper that the on site meet & greet but we ended up paying more and waiting longer. we will go back to on site meet & greet from now on.”
“The pick up and drop off all went to plan with no timing issues. However they made me pay for parking (£7.50) despite arriving within 15 mins of the parking booking. I have raised this with APH but they tried passing me off to a third party supplier of theirs to resolve.
Be aware of this charge when comparing prices.”
“Directions were poor. We took a wrong turn and went through a drop zone. Didn't stop at all but a £40 penalty was waiting for us on our return. Went round again and eventually found the correct turning but had to ask for directions for the final leg. Due to a medical emergency our return was delayed by 5 days and we paid an extra £165 when collecting the car but on asking for a receipt for our travel insurance claim this was refused. Terrible service from an admin point of view.”
“Good information at time of booking and prior to arrival. Our arrival to T3 was affected by an incident in T3 car park which became closed and we were advised to use T5 parking. Staff were very helpful and the vehicle was returned to T3 ready for our collection”
