“You are asked not to contact APH until your luggage is picked up. The problem is that when you have your luggage to the exit is 2 minutes. Therefore you inevitably have to wait outside the terminal for over 15 minutes. Which make the meet and greet process pointless. You might as well park in the long term and save some money.”
