“Exceptional service! Unbeknownst to us, the tunnel from the M4 to T3 was blocked with a broken down vehicle as we approached London. A phone call from APH staff suggested we drop off at T5 instead, thus avoiding huge delays. Brilliant! On our return our vehicle was already directly in front of the level 4 exit in the car park, confirmed immediately with just my surname when I called after picking up our bags. Very efficient throughout with extremely courteous staff.”
“The service was efficient, but I was annoyed that I was required to pay £7.50 for the parking ticket on entry to the car park. There was no mention of this on the website when I booked.”
