“A very good service but the physical point of contact needs a lot of approving. Having the name of APH on the desk and persons vest would be great help”
“Only comment was the key drop off was not clearly signposted. If it was it wasnt obvious as we parked the other end by a lift thinking it would be right there and got a bit worried trying to find the drop off point. However once we found it and the panic of the drop of time over service was great. Offered a valet which we opted for and was please with the results. Collection nice and smooth. Once again for people not familiar with heathrow unsure where to go but that's down to Heathrow signage being un clear. Chap that met us was pleasant and helpful as he could see we were exhausted and a little stressed. Would definitely use again.”

Had to call APH to inform that our return was going to be to a different terminal and at a later time. This change in arrangements was handled without any drama and on returning to T5, instead of T2, our car was delivered promptly.
Will use yoou again!”
“I have used APH loads of times but this time it was not as good an experience. Before arrival at Heathrow, we called to confirm our arrival time was on track. When we got to Heathrow (the instructions were very clear for floor 4) we parked up and went to the desk. We waited for around 10 mins, the desk was empty unlike neighboroughing Maple who had several staff. We called the office number and were told the driver would be there in 3 minutes, he was another 5. So we lost 15 mins to a process that should have been smooth and instant and the reason I booked this type of service, not what I expectd from pst use of APH. Also I removed my house key from the car fob as instructed, but left other key rings on the fob. On return I was only handed back the fob, we had to hunt for the keyrings that had just been tossed in one of the car's internal pockets. If I park at Heathorw agin, based on this experience I would use maple next time. I will probably still use APH for other airports, again based on past experiences”
