“Dropped the car off in a short stay car park, other companies I have used for meet an greet parking had either a parking spot close to the termonal entrance or a dedicated car park very close to the termonal entrance. On collecting the car we had to phone the desk as soon as we collected our luggage, we did this, walked to the desk to collect the car and then ahd to wait 15 monites for it to be brought round to the collection point, I might as well have just parked it in a car park myself and walked there to be honest, the wife found a very small scratch on the car but it wasnt worth reporting. Service was only marginally better then parking the car myself in a long stay car park. Wont bother if travelliong from Heathrow in the future.”

We came in the wrong entrance and was stung with a £17 charge and due to making a mistake and going to the wrong parking area was then charged an additional £12 on collection. .had 4 or 5 calls from people asking us where we were as they were waiting for us to collect the car which added extra stress. Will not use this company again.”
