“Initial booking was easy but when called on the way as requested it was very hard to understand the call handler and difficult to find the drop off point, arrived and parked where requested but then was told to move our car to another space , very stressful when about to board a plane. We thought we would be met at pick up point at the terminal not at a level 4 multi storey car park. On collection again called ahead as per instructions and very hard to understand the call handler, many of our car settings had been changed, air conditioning left on and small crack in windscreen had doubled in size - we think due to driving too fast over speed bumps. We will not be using again or recommending”
“We were greeted by Purple Parking when handing over our car. The staff were quite efficient at the handover. On our return there was some delaybut not excessive. When the driver parked our car, obviously knowing we had to load luggage he parked the rear end near a sign, I was forced to move the car forwrd to access the boot. Perhaps he has a strange sense of humour or perhaps needs further training. Just why he parked by reversing the car is very odd as there was hence no ready access to the boot, also he was aware of the sign obstructing access.”
“If you want to minimise hassle and make your trip to and from the airport as stress free as possible,I would definitely recommend Maple Parking Meet & Greet. The staff are always courteous and polite and just make the whole experience as good as it could be. They even put extra air in our tyres while we were away as they noticed one tyre was a little flat.”

On arrival we parked where told then told to move it.
On pick up we called from baggage reclaim but still had to wait 20 minutes for the car to be brought back.”
