“Our car was ready quickly after we arrived back in Heathrow and drop off was easy. Only criticism would be that the staff were not very friendly and sounded pretty fed up on the phone”
“Terrible service, booked concierge service. Landed T3 at Heathrow car was unavailable we were forced to travel across an hour to T5. we were informed the were too busy to get our car to T3 and were given the choice to wait 2 hours for our car or travel across the airport”
