“Absolutely brilliant. So we'll organised with clear instructions. Seamless. Drop off and collection went without a hitch. Car a little dirty on pick up but to be expected and nothing a car wash can't resolve. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent service.”
“Drop off was uneventful, called the number 20mins before arrival and dropped off car keys without issue.
Problems on return though. Advised to call when all luggage is collected but then only takes 5 minutes to walk to counter and then had to wait 20minutes (some people were waiting >40minutes) for the car to actually be brought round! When I did receive my car I found a new scratch on the rear passenger door which was very disappointing. Went back to the counter and was given email address to complain to but have not yet heard a response!”
