“I was surprised to be presented with the cost of entry to the short stay car park where I was instructed to drop off and collect your car. This added an additional £7.50 to both the departure and arrival which I understood should have been covered in the original charge.”
“Waited almost an hour for them to turn up . So we could drop our car, man was at the wrong terminal and then it cost us £14 for parking which we had to pay . It did say this in the T&Cs but we missed it so watch h out for this .
Return was good though in fairness .”
