“Edward Lloyd contacted me several times on the morning of my departure. They seemed surprised so I didn't have an exact time to drop the car off. This was because I was staying overnight at the airport hotel. When they understood this they asked if I would like the car to be picked up from the hotel which was very convenient for me. However on my return I was given the option to pick the car up at the departure point of the airport. This was OK, however I had to pick up the £5 drop off charge. So not ideal”
