“Third time staying in this hotel. Very warm welcome at reception. The rooms are a lovely size and very comfortable.
The only negative this time was at check in we were told we had breakfast included in our booking but when we checked out there was a charge for breakfast. They did waver the charge but was a little on the awkward side. But was still a lovely stay and will definitely stay again.”
“Enjoyed an over night stay with my wife, we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool before having our evening meal. The staff were all very polite and helpful.”

Only negative was no locks on changing room lockers hence no security, had to take all clothes/posessions into the pool area.

“This hotel is brilliant, from the receptionist when we checked in to the bed we slept in. Staff couldn't be more helpful. The food was delicious and very resonably priced”
“Within easy distance of Gatwick Airport. We spent just one night here as a family of 4. The family worked well as the kids got a separate pull out bed each. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't use any facilities or eat here. It was a few minutes drive to Crawley retail park where we went bowling and ate out. Parking at the hotel was OK. But spaces are small design and a tight fit for most normal sized cars. There is no overflow carpark so very busy.”
