“We only stayed here for one night with us travelling from Gatwick but service was great. We were originally put into a top floor room but there was a lot of background noise and not sure where it was emanating from but the hotel staff came, listened and agreed and moved us to a quieter room.
Would definitely stay here again if I was travelling nearby”
“Couldn't sleep due to noise from next door bedroom through the adjoining door! Might be helpful if reception staff advise guests that APH parking is NOT the same as long term parking - i was charged £198 for parking in the wrong car park. Spa was poxy too - very basic. Food was awful and drinks were very expensive with poor choice of mixers.”
