“Room is lacking any sort of temperature control, the air-con blows out hot air, no cooling air was provided during our stay which meant we roasted and could not sleep”

On arrival i was told i was a no show in a very rude manner which was untrue
Pre-booked late check out to be told i hadn't and that i had booked two rooms when i hadn't
Got all of 2 hrs sleep out of 5 hours in the room as had be out by 11am and i only arrived at 5am
On checkout i wasn’t asked how was my stay or noting absolutely appalling customer service”
“Lovely hotel, only stayed one night before flying off on holiday. Nice large, clean room, very comfortable bed. We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was excellent, we would highly recommend it.”
