“Lift was broken and we was on the 4th floor and charging us 10 pounds for overnight parking thought that would have been included in the stay price seems to be another way of overcharging
Think we should have a refund for not being able to use the lift unfortunately we have to go back there in a couple of weeks as we had already pre booked”
“There was an argument on on the first floor we we was. This went on from approximately 1am to 3 am on and off the police were called but after they left the person involved was outside talking on their phone. We complained when we left and were told we had booked through a 3rd party but they would speak to the manager. I emailed a complaint to the hotel but they have not replied. We booked an overnight stay before flying the next day so we could have a sleep but unfortunately this was not the case.”
“We use a local Gatwick hotel each time we fly out on our six monthly breaks away. This was the first time we used the Sandman Signature but not the last and we will very likely use them for all future trips.”

Of the roundabout . Only criticism I have is that they don’t give small toiletries like other 4/5 star hotels .”
“room very clean , no moulds under taps or on shower head, bathroom extractor fan worked and was dust free.
£10 parking, food hall ok. outside some road noise so we used industrial earplugs.”
