“I always use APH at Gatwick and I've never had any issues ... staff are polite and friendly and the shuttle bus service to the terminals is first class. My vehicle is always well looked after whilst I am away ... you may pay a little more than some of the other Park & Ride companies but peace of mind goes an awfully long way ... highly recommended.”
“I arrived back at Gatwick Airport recently, got the bus transfer back to APH, the receptionist informed me I had arrived at APH a week earlier with a flat rear tyre, which I had not noticed, they had parked my car in the Staff Car Park nearby. I had checked my tyre pressures before my journey to APH so I guess it had to be a puncture, there wasn't a screw or nail in the tyre. Two APH employees kindly fitted my spare wheel to my car, thinking back I think I hit a pothole driving down the M23 before arriving at APH so I can only assume that caused the puncture, after arriving home I inflated the tyre and could hear a leak out of the tyre wall. Bit of a different experience but I must say the staff at APH were excellent, as always, dealing with my situation.”
