“I have been a regular user of APH car parks at both Heathrow & in particular Gatwick for many years years. The online booking procedure is excellent, arrival / pick up systems are efficient.
However on this years usage, for the 1st time that I can recall I felt that on returning to my car & driving several of the car set ups had been tampered with which took a few minutes to reset before driving away. Disappointed to say the least.”
“Parking, pick-ups and drop-offs all good, and the drivers were very helpful.
The only problem is that during the time my car was with you there was some damage done to the nearside front wing area.”
