“Used the company for a while now ( as I am a regular flyer)..but this time I got back on the 3/5:2023 I lost my ticket with my car details on so a young man ( first time I have seen him )., asked me for my name address , which I gave him and my car reg .. he then asked me for INd my passport .. I was annoyed because there was a big que and cold outside I had to go thru my case for my passport ..my name address and my reg should have been enough as other car parks ask this ..because of this I was tempted to try other car parks . I am disappointed because I have used thease for a few years now ..”
“Absolutely smooth procedure. Booked online, drove into car park, handed over keys, hopped on the bus. The driver took our cases and dropped us at the airport. We were given a card with a number to text them on our arrival. Again hopped on the bus and our car was waiting for us back at the car park. No problem no worries. Would thoroughly recommend and will be using their services again.”
“Have been using APH for sometime now. Usually use the hotel and parking option. Our trip to the airport always runs smoothly with an overnight stay, parking at APH with a quick transfer to airport. Never queued or had to wait for transfer. Car is safe too. Excellent”
