“I have used APH often and would give 5 stars every time, but on my recent visit, on collecting the car, we found that the music settings had been changed. The sound balance was changed, some of the saved radio stations were changed. A hassle, but not serious.
Also 2 days later, a small crack was found on the front radiator grill, which wasn't there when we left the car, but cannot prove this happened at APH.”
“As usual a helpful staff and reliable bus service started and ended our trip without any problems. I particularly liked the fact that the cheerful driver lifted our suitcases on and off the bus without being asked to do so.”
