“Easy to get to from junction 10 of the M23. Pleasant and helpful ladies in the key drop office, even at a very early hour. Disappointed to "miss" a bus to the airport by seconds, but I guess these guys are on a timetable and couldn't wait for us to get on. The driver of the bus picking us up at Gatwick was the friendliest and most helpful driver I have ever come across at an airport carpark - he carried most people's bags, asked if everyone had had a good holiday and waited for a couple heading to the bus stop (whereas most just drive the bus and speak if they have to). The car park was efficiently operated and we got away quickly.”
