“Dropped our car off without problems.
For the return journey we were told that the car was in A24 which is one of the furthest spots from the office. Got there with all our bags but no car.
Back to the office and the lady looked at the ticket again and said that she had not looked proprtly and it was actually H24 so we had to go and look for the car again.
This should not have happened, we were the only people on the bus and in the office so she was not busy.
It was late at night so we were not impressed.”
