“Works smoothly but I sent the text on landing and did not receive the acknowledgement text so I wasn't sure whether a coach was on its way or not. Fortunately there were other people waiting who had received it. I don't think the instrucions made it very clear that the pick up point was down one level from Arrivals (Gatwick South) as it took us a while to realise we weren't on the Ground Floor to start with!
On arrival at the car park, it was about 11.30pm and -4 degrees so the car was extremely iced up! It would have been niice if there was de-icer available to purchase from Reception as we did not have any in the vehicle!”

“Always happy with the service, although buses are a bit old. This time although we had gone through the procedure of texting on arrival our car had obviously been moved much earlier. It was minus 2 degrees, the door was frozen and the car was very frozen too. If it had been moved nearer to our arrival it would not have been so bad for us, tired and delayed.”
