“I was running late and missing my flight due to traffic. I wasn't sure if I would be able to get another flight the same day or not and APH offered me to keep the car on hold for the rest of the day, so in case I needed to come back it would be possible to pick my car up straight away. At the end I did found another flight the same day so no worries, but the peace of mind they gave me at that stressful moment is priceless.

“Really helpful service. We left a mobile phone in our car when we left to go to the airport. The reception staff went above and beyond to locate the phone and then put it on the next bus to the airport so that we could collect it from the driver before we checked in. Brilliant! Also, the drivers are really helpful and friendly and always put themselves out to help me - my husband is blind and so I have to manage the luggage as well as getting us both on the bus. Exceptional service :). Always good value for money. Would definitely recommend.”
“Works smoothly but I sent the text on landing and did not receive the acknowledgement text so I wasn't sure whether a coach was on its way or not. Fortunately there were other people waiting who had received it. I don't think the instrucions made it very clear that the pick up point was down one level from Arrivals (Gatwick South) as it took us a while to realise we weren't on the Ground Floor to start with!
On arrival at the car park, it was about 11.30pm and -4 degrees so the car was extremely iced up! It would have been niice if there was de-icer available to purchase from Reception as we did not have any in the vehicle!”

“Always happy with the service, although buses are a bit old. This time although we had gone through the procedure of texting on arrival our car had obviously been moved much earlier. It was minus 2 degrees, the door was frozen and the car was very frozen too. If it had been moved nearer to our arrival it would not have been so bad for us, tired and delayed.”

The staff are quick and efficient & notice little things like my mother has a walking stick and was finding it difficult moving and when i came to collect the car it was right next to office for a shorter distance, Thank you!
