“Simple straight forward procedure, excellent directions although a bit roundabout to actually get to the blue/ white coned drop off area once in the car park. Very polite attendant/ chauffeur!”

“Departure was slick but not the arrival. Assumed APH would track our return flight but no one there to meet us. Had to phone them and wait 10-15mins. Not the best. Would recommend phoning them when you get off the plane, but you shouldn't have to do this, isn't that the point of "meet and greet".”
